If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, and we are unable to put things right to your satisfaction, we will refund all charges paid by you. To claim on this guarantee you must notify us of your wish to cancel an account within the first 30 days following activation or installation of service. There are only a few exclusions: If RFC deems that customer entered into service agreement with the intent of exercising the 30 day guarantee, or if customer violates RFC's Service Agreement or Terms of Use, or if RFC does not receive all customer premise equipment back from the customer (in good working order), in such cases RFC reserves the right to withhold customer's security deposit and/or portions of customer's installation fee as RFC deems necessary.
